A new bar-turning machine arrives at Massard:
the Tornos DT13<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

On October 19, 2021, we will be welcoming to our company the latest addition to our range of sliding headstock NC bar-turning machines: capable of machining bars from \u00d82 to \u00d813, it will join our 2 Tornos GT26 and Sigma32 sliding headstock NC machines, which can machine bars from \u00d88 to \u00d826 and \u00d832 . Their big sisters, our 4 Biglia machines with counter-spindle, rotating tools and Y-axis, which handle bars up to \u00d865, will be very kind to the newcomer! <\/p>\n

It can also count on our 2 KMX First sliding headstock screw-cutting machines to support it in the production of our \u00d88 to \u00d812 studs<\/a>. As usual, the big sisters will take care of tie rods, fittings and other studs<\/a> up to \u00d826mm. <\/p>\n

Complemented by the SBF213 pilgrim-step bar feeder, the DT13 will enable us to machine large series of mechanical fasteners<\/a> from a bar as thin as 2mm in diameter.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
