Bar turning is a machining technique that consists of machining revolutionary parts from round, hexagonal or square bars, up to 3 meters in length, and from all types of raw material.
Applied to the machining of mechanical parts in small or medium production runs, this bar-turning technique, thanks to automatic bar feeding, saves time and increases productivity previously reserved for large production runs.
The optimization of our scheduling, by grouping together production runs of the same diameter, enables us to machine 10,000 part series as well as 50 to 100 part series with the same productivity.
